What “fun fact” can you tell us about Morrisville that is not well known?

“In the nursing lab there is a mannequin that gives birth. Not a lot of students know about that, unless you’re a nursing student and you’re at the end of your program when you have a maternity course. She can give birth to twins! It’s great practice.”

Course Description

Basic Nutrition

Fundamentals of human nutrition including biological pathways of nutrients from digestion to metabolism. Computer analysis of personal nutrient intake. Emphasis on nutrition and consumer trends as well as personal wellness and fitness. 3 credits (3 lecture hours), fall or spring semester

Admissions Requirements

Students wishing to enter this program must meet the following requirements:
The student entering the Nursing A.A.S. program from high school must have a minimum high school average of B or better, biology, chemistry, and New York state Math A, all with a minimum Regents score of 65. It is beneficial for students to have completed an additional year of both science and mathematics. 

The NLN pre-admission exam is required. A minimum composite score of a 100 is required for admission into the nursing program.
