Residential Construction :: Career and Transfer
Employment opportunities for graduates of the Residential Construction degree program are as numerous as the various segments of the
home–building industry. Employment could include working as an
estimator, job scheduler, job supervisor, materials purchasing agent or
material distribution agent. Students may also become involved with retail
and contractor sales or real estate development, another area requiring
people with construction knowledge. Other students may become home
inspectors or begin their own businesses as contractors.
