• Comprised of mostly double occupancy rooms with a select number of singles and triples. Many rooms offer a view of Helyar Pond.
• Double rooms measure approximately 16 feet x 11½ feet.
• On average, approximately one bathroom facility per 9 residents.
• Same sex by wing; Located on the Pond Quad. Recreational lounge located in the basement has pool, foosball, and ping pong tables and a television.
• Large study/social area located on the first floor is available for study groups and is often used for programs.
• Furnished common area space on each floor.
• Laundry, recycling, vending, and weekday mail delivery services available in the building.
