• 24-Hour quiet study building.
• Home to approximately 85 residents.
• Mostly single-occupancy rooms, along with split-double and a few split-triple room accommodations.
• ‘Split’ rooms offer residents the opportunity to have roommates while at the same time being able to enjoy semi-private sleeping and studying areas. A partial wall separates the room into 2 or 3 distinct living spaces.
• Offers many residents a view of Helyar pond or the unique interior courtyard. Residents have access to the courtyard, which is furnished with picnic tables and is open to the sky.
• On average, approximately one bathroom facility per 7 residents.
• Same sex by floor; Located on the Pond Quad. Large recreational lounge on the first floor with pool, foosball, and ping pong tables and a television.
• Small conference room, which can be reserved for study groups and meetings, is also located on the first floor near the main office.
• Fully accessible Laundry, recycling, vending, and weekday mail delivery services available in the building.
