• Home to approximately 200 residents.
• Comprised of mostly double occupancy rooms with a select number of singles and triples. Many rooms offer a view of Helyar Pond.
• Double rooms measure approximately 16 feet x 11½ feet.
• On average, approximately one bathroom facility per 9 residents.
• Same sex by floor; Located on the Pond Quad. Large recreational lounge on the first floor has pool, foosball, and ping pong tables and a television.
• Also located on the first floor is a small, quiet study lounge available for students to reserve for study groups and meetings.
• Large study/social area located on the first floor is also available for study groups and is often used for programs.
• Furnished common area space on each floor. Laundry, recycling, vending, and weekday mail delivery services available in the building.
