• On average, approximately one bathroom facility per 8 residents.
• Same sex by wing; Located on the Iroquois Quad. Recreational lounge located on the first floor has a pool table and a television.
• Conveniently located equidistant from the Academic Quad and the Administrative Quad (bookstore, library, student activities building). Laundry, recycling, vending, and weekday mail delivery services available in the building.
