Please find below SUNY Morrisville's current COVID-19 health and safety guidelines and policies, following recent guidance issued from the New York State Department of Health and the NYS Governor’s Office of Employee Relations.
SUNY Morrisville Mask Policy
Fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear masks indoors or outdoors. Unvaccinated/Unknown vaccination status individuals are required to wear masks indoors unless they are socially distanced, seated, and eating/drinking or while working at their workstation.
For the duration of the summer, masks will continue to be required by ALL individuals while in a classroom setting.

CLEANING / HYGIENE:
Heightened cleaning and disinfecting protocols will be in place to the extent that can be accommodated with staffing levels. Hand sanitizer and refill stations will be located at all major building entry points.
What else should I do to protect myself and others?
- Practice frequent hand washing. Sanitizing stations also will be strategically located across campus, including residence halls.
- Cover your cough and sneeze in your sleeve/elbow.
- Stay home when sick.
