Feed your potential.

Through the SUNY Morrisville Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree program in food service administration, you will cook up an educational experience like no other.

Learning from professors with extensive industry experience, you will take management courses covering all facets of food service and hotel operations, including hospitality sales and marketing, restaurant management, and food purchasing and cost control.

To provide you a true hands-on experience, our faculty also will work with you at on-campus and off-campus events and locations such as Morrisville’s Copper Turret Restaurant, our outstanding applied learning laboratory which provides you the opportunity to rotate through positions in the front of the house and management.

If you decide to take on further study, one option is Morrisville’s Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree program in resort & recreation service management.
