Through the SUNY Morrisville Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree program in food service administration, you will cook up an educational experience like no other.

Learning from professors with extensive industry experience, you will take management courses covering all facets of food service and hotel operations, including hospitality sales and marketing, restaurant management, and food purchasing and cost control.

Our faculty will also work with you at both on-campus and off-campus locations and events to provide you a true hands-on experience.

One such location is Morrisville’s Copper Turret Restaurant & Brewhouse, our outstanding applied learning laboratory which provides you the opportunity to rotate through positions in the front of the house.

If you decide to take on further study, one option is Morrisville’s Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree program in resort & recreation service management.
