In the SUNY Morrisville Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree program in office administration: management, you’ll have a command of office equipment and procedures as well as a thorough understanding of managing staff and resources within an office.
With many courses available online, this flexible program offers courses in office management, technology and administration, in addition to a variety of business classes like math, law and communications.
You will learn and work with a variety of computer software programs, preparing you to take Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification exams and state civil service tests.
You will also fulfill a 90-hour internship during your second year of study, where you’ll be placed in a professional office setting to apply what you have learned in a real-world business setting.
This training culminates in you being ready to become an office manager, supervisor, or team leader.
