MORRISVILLE, NY— Morrisville State College will host Ag Day on April 30.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Most events will be held in the academic quad (in front of Marshall Hall).

Participants can see horses and dairy cows, learn more about agriculture and maple syrup, take a hay ride around campus and sample Morrisville State’s homemade ice cream during the annual event.

Approximately 500 students are expected to attend, including area elementary school students who will be touring campus facilities and learning about farm animals and agriculture.

The annual event, coordinated by the Morrisville Collegiate FFA, is being directed by MSC students, Ashley Willets and Rachael Humphrey, both from Lewis County. → Read more
