Morrisville State men fall to Gallaudet, 83-64

WASHINGTON, DC – The Morrisville State College men’s basketball team fell 83-64 in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action Saturday afternoon to host Gallaudet University in Washington, DC.

Brandon Hanks (Syracuse, NY) recorded a team best 16 points, adding six boards and five assists to lead the Mustangs. Wayne Turner (Brooklyn, NY) added 13 for Morrisville State, grabbing six rebounds and stealing six.

Danny Kelly led Gallaudet with 25 points and seven boards as three additional teammates netted double figures. Luther Weedon added 21, Layton Seeber 12 and Tony Tatum 11, respectively.

Gallaudet led 45-37 at the break.

Morrisville State drops to 4-8 overall, 3-4 in NEAC action and return to the court tomorrow at Penn State Harrisburg.
