Women's basketball falls 87-61 to Oneonta

MORRISVILLE, N.Y. - The Morrisville State College women’s basketball team fell 87-61 Friday night to visting SUNY Oneonta in Morrisville.

Morrisville State trailed 37-29 at the half before Oneonta rallied for 50 second half points to the Mustangs 32.

Oneonta’s Casey Snyder led all scorers with a game high 28-points and 11 rebounds as teammate Sara Chrystie added ten points and 8 boards.

Morrisville State had four in double digits, shooting 48 percent from the floor. Teneille Collins (Rochester, NY) led the team with 13 while teammates Dilma Taveras (Harlem, NY) netted 11. Trisha Kaufmann (East Aurora, NY) nad Sydney Pajack (Syracuse, NY) each added ten.

Morrisville State falls to 0-6 overall, 0-3 in SUNYAC action.
