Morrisville State College to host winter tune-up softball camp

MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Morrisville State College head softball coach Robin Penoyer will be hosting a softball “tune-up” clinic prior to the scheduled high school try-out dates, February 18 – 21 on the Morrisville State College campus.

The clinic will take place during the high school February winter recess at the college’s newly renovated Recreation Center. The clinic offers skills sessions concentrating in outfield skills, infield, base running, hitting, pitching and catching.

The cost for the clinic is $100.

Morrisville State enters its second year as a provisional member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Division III in 2007. Upon successful completion of the provisional period, Morrisville State will be a candidate for full accreditation as a member of the NCAA.

Morrisville State College offers more than 70 bachelor and associate degrees.
