S.A.T. Course Offered at Norwich Campus of Morrisville State College

MORRISVILLE, N.Y.– Morrisville State College’s Office of Workforce Development and Community Education is offering a class to help students prepare for the S.A.T.

The eight-week course, S.A.T. Prep, meets Saturdays, 9 a.m. to noon, from Feb. 27 to April 24 (class will not be held on April 3) at the college’s Norwich Campus, 20 Conkey Ave., adjacent to the Eaton Center in Norwich.

The course will cover how to approach each section of the test, how to understand what is being asked, how to answer correctly with confidence, and changes/additions in critical reading and writing and third-year college preparatory math.

The cost is $125 and includes a textbook. Space is limited and advance registration is recommended.

The Morrisville State College Norwich Campus offers associate degree programs in accounting, business, computer systems technology, office administration, liberal arts transfer, nursing, early childhood, criminal justice and human services to south central New York residents and employers. Students may also apply coursework to other associate or bachelor degrees at the main campus.

The Norwich Campus also offers a range of non-credit/community education courses, customized training, and conference services.

Morrisville State College, considered to be one of the most technologically advanced colleges in the nation for its ThinkPad University program and wireless technology initiative, offers more than 80 bachelor and associate degrees.
