Hartnett named NEAC Athlete of the Week

MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) announced its student-athletes of the week, naming Morrisville State College’s Hillary Hartnett (Fairport, NY) it’s West Division Women’s Lacrosse Athlete of the Week for the week ending April 10.

This is the second time Hartnett has received the award this season.

Hartnett led Morrisville State to a 2-0 week (2-0 in conference play).

In two games, Hartnett combined for 11 goals on 20 shots and an assist, while collecting 11 ground balls.

The junior defender is majoring in equine science at Morrisville. She is the daughter of Eileen and Robert Hartnett of Fairport.

Beginning with the 2010 season, North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) members
Cazenovia, College of St. Elizabeth, Keuka, Medaille, Penn State - Abington, SUNY Morrisville, Wells, and Wilson will play as associate members of the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) in a West Division. Each division will hold a championship and the two divisional champions will meet to determine the conference champion.
