I began my journey in higher education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Sociology from St. John Fisher College. As a proud first-generation college student, the support I received through the First-Generation Program played a vital role in my success and shaped me into the person I am today.
Prior to joining SUNY Morrisville, I served as a Student and Family Advocate with the Liberty Partnerships Program at Bainbridge-Guilford schools. It was there that I discovered my true passion—mentoring students and watching them succeed not only academically, but personally as well. Building bridges between schools, faculty, staff, families, and the community was incredibly rewarding, and it continues to inspire my work today.
In my current role, I am excited to collaborate within the STEP Program across five districts, working with students in grades 7–12 to spark interest in STEM fields and New York State licensed professions. Most importantly, I want our students to know this: I will always support you, I will challenge you to bring out the best version of yourself, and together, we will make this next chapter of your journey both meaningful and fun.
