Reading Your Class Schedule

Reading your schedule can be confusing if you're not familiar with the way classes are formatted in Web for Students. There are two ways to view your schedule in Web for Students: by their day of the week and time (week at a glance) or in list form (schedule details).

To view your class schedule:

  1. Log into Web for Students using your Morrisville Username, Password and Authentication method.
  2. Click on View Registration Information on your Web for Students entry page.

Important Note: Courses that meet asynchronously do not have a set meeting time and will not appear on the Schedule tab. Don’t forget about these courses if you are scheduled for them!

  5. The Schedule Details tab will allow you to see all of the courses you're registered for in one list. The campus (Morrisville or Norwich), building, and room number will be listed for each class.

Courses without Assigned Meeting Times

If you are registered for a course that does not have assigned meeting times, it will not be displayed if you view your schedule by the day of the week and time (week at a glance). You would need to click on the Schedule Details tab to see if any of your courses do not have assigned meeting times. A course may not have assigned meeting times for two reasons:

  1. A meeting time has not yet been scheduled.
  2. The course takes place online, but does not require you to attend class virtually on a specific day and time. This is called an asynchronous online course.

To determine which of these applies to your course, under Class Schedule, click on an individual course’s title to open the Class Details popup. The Instructional Method will indicate how your course is being offered (in-person, online, or a combination thereof). Please refer to the Scheduling and Registration webpage to find more information about the different teaching modalities for SUNY Morrisville courses.
