Help Desk
Help Desk Hours: Technical personnel are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Our campus help desk is the go‑to spot for quick, friendly support with all things tech. We assist students, faculty, and staff with device troubleshooting, Wi‑Fi and account access, software setup, classroom technology, and general IT questions (use these as bullets).
We strongly recommend using Windows 11 based machine or newer. MacOS 14 or newer machines are okay to use but you may run into compatibility issues. We do not recommend Chromebooks as there are compatibility issues with test-taking software.
