Welcome to SUNY Morrisville Nursing! I joined the faculty as a clinical adjunct professor in the Fall of 2026. My own educational journey began at Mohawk Valley Community College, where I earned my associate degree in nursing, followed by my BSN and my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Nursing Education from Empire State College. Clinically, my career is centered in maternal-child and neonatal care, where I practice as a Newborn SWAT Nurse.
For me, the most rewarding part of teaching is helping students take the concepts they learn in the classroom and successfully apply them to real-world patients at the bedside. There is nothing quite like watching a student's confidence grow as they connect the pieces and realize their own potential as a nurse. Outside of work, I like spending time with my husband, our three children, and our dog, especially when we are camping or heading out to the beach. I am so excited to be a part of the SUNY Morrisville community and to help guide our future nurses into this incredible profession!
