Dr. Eleswed is an avid educator in Business Administration, Management, Leadership Health Administration, Research Methods, Applied Statistics, and Engineering Management.
Dr. Eleswed is equipped with extensive background in versatile education environments, an energetic educator with proven skills in teaching diverse subjects, well-versed in classroom and online technologies, and competent in performing independently or as a team member.
At the tertiary level, Dr. Eleswed has taught in the US (Michigan and Maryland) for almost five years and in the Middle East for fourteen years, including Bahrain, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, and Jordan.
Dr. Eleswed's published work has been in the field of Ethics, Organization Behavior, and Corporate Governance. In addition, he continuously reviews relevant academic manuscripts for several international academic journals.
Prior to teaching, Dr. Eleswed worked in the automotive industry in Michigan at Ford Motor Company and General Motors where he held different positions, as a Quality Engineer, a Launch and Attributes Engineer, and as a Business Analyst.
Dr. Eleswed holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University (EMU), a Master in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University, Michigan, and a Bachelor in Computer Aided Manufacturing from EMU.
