My name is Pat Yaddow and I am the Program Director for the Liberty Partnerships Program. I am a dedicated youth-services professional with a strong commitment to helping students discover their potential and prepare for their futures. I earned my Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from SUNY Morrisville. I began my career with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chenango County, where I served as a Case Manager and School-Based Coordinator for 10 years while earning my Bachelor’s degree in Community and Human Services.
In 2013, I began my career with the Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) as a part-time Advocate Assistant and transitioned to a full-time position later that same year. In 2014, I became a full-time Advocate at the Bainbridge-Guilford School District. I was promoted to Assistant Director/BG Advocate in 2018 and became Program Director in 2024.
What I value most about LPP is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students over many years. Beginning in fifth grade, we are able to support students throughout their educational journey, connect them with valuable resources, help them explore their interests and strengths, and encourage them to envision their future. Ultimately, we help connect students with college and career opportunities, empowering them to confidently take the next step into the next chapter of their lives.
