Leanne Hofstead represents the Accessibility Services Center at SUNY Morrisville as Director. The focus of her work is coordinating and overseeing disability accommodations to ensure all students with disabilities have equal access to all aspects of college life. Leanne engages in institution-wide collaboration as well as direct student service with the goal of removing barriers and promoting an inclusive learning environment for all. Her work involves implementation of the web-based software platform, Accommodate to manage student disability information and accommodation requests. She is also involved in the EIT committee to help ensure digital access, planning and launching awareness and advocacy initiatives and events on campus, and acquiring and maintaining assistive technologies and resources for students.
