Order Online Using Parchment
SUNY Morrisville has appointed Parchment as our designated agent for processing and sending official electronic transcripts on behalf of the College. The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains the identical information as on the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company’s website that is provided during the delivery process.

The SUNY Morrisville transcript fee is $10 per copy ordered. Parchment charges additional fees for mailing hard copy transcripts.

Unofficial Transcripts
SUNY Morrisville does not issue unofficial transcripts. Currently enrolled students may access their unofficial academic record through their Web for Students account by selecting "Academic Transcript" from the menu, selecting the transcript level (All Levels or Undergraduate) and transcript type (Web Transcript), and then clicking the "Submit" button.
Police Academy Transcripts
Phase I transcripts are processed hard copy only. Students requesting a Phase I transcript must complete the Phase I Transcript Request Form and submit it to the Office of the Registrar. Please note that Phase I transcripts are composed of all non-credit DCJS approved coursework. Credit-bearing coursework attempted or completed at SUNY Morrisville, including any degree(s) conferred, is not included in the Phase I transcript.
Police Academy students who were enrolled in the Credit-Option can request their Academic transcript by submitting an order using Parchment. Electronic Delivery option and order tracking capabilities available. Please note that Academic transcripts are composed of credit-bearing coursework attempted or completed at SUNY Morrisville, including any degree(s) conferred. Phase I coursework attempted or completed at SUNY Morrisville is not included in the Academic transcript.
