The Morrisville State College athletic department has named senior hockey forward, Bobby Cass (Burlington, ONT) the Mustang Athlete of the Week for the week ending January 16.
Cass was involved in each scoring play for the Mustangs in the 4-3 overtime loss to 15th ranked Neumann College Saturday. Cass tallied two power play scores and assisted another in the loss.
Currently second on the team in scoring with five goals and eight assists (13 points), Cass has tallied 22 goals and 28 assists in his career with the Mustangs.
Cass earned State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Hockey Player of the Week honors after the weekend's play.
The technology management major at Morrisville State College is the son of Bob and May Cass of Burlington, Ontario.
