Morrisville State College women's soccer drop the game to Wells College this afternoon 1-0. The team's record falls to 1-8 overall, 0-5 in NEAC play.



The Mustangs and Express fought through the first period without a goal scored and only 11 shots taken.



Rebecca Furman (Parkland, FL) scored unassisted late in the second half to win the game for the Express.



Goalkeeper Sarah Boudah (Middlebury, VT) recorded the loss for the Mustangs, tallying seven saves in the 90 minutes of play.



Megan Lawrence (Scipio Center, NY) recorded the win in net for the Express with four saves in the 90 minutes of play.



The Mustangs play back-to-back home games next weekend. The team faces Penn State Berks on Oct. 9 at 1 p.m. on Drake Field. Morrisville returns to Drake Field the following day to face Penn State Abington at noon.
