Your Presidential Search Committee, with the assistance of our search consultants at WittKieffer, has been hard at work reviewing the applications we’ve received from across the United States. In total, our search consultants received more than 100 applications. The committee will soon meet with a small number of candidates for in-depth first round interviews, followed by the on-campus visits for the five that emerge from that process later in June.
The process is currently underway to select the specific individuals who will be meeting with the invited candidates. As a reminder, we are utilizing a representational model for the search. In this model, expanded groups representing all campus constituencies will meet with the search committee’s selected semi-finalists during on-campus interviews. To protect the confidentiality of the invited candidates, selected members for each group will sign non-disclosure agreements and provide their feedback to the Search Committee following the candidate visits, ensuring that their input and that of the constituents they represent is heard.
