Second half sinks Morrisville State men; Mustangs fall 75-56 on the road to Hartwick

The Morrisville State College men's basketball team trailed by just three at the half before host Hartwick College came out with a 42 point second half to hand the Mustangs the 75-56 non-conference loss Saturday afternoon in Oneonta.



Morrisville State shot 41.7 percent from the floor in the contest, but only nailed two of 10 shots from behind the arc as Hartwick tallied eight three's on the afternoon.



Dwayne Wade (Beacon, NY) led the Mustangs with 15 points and four rebounds as Brandon Henry (Bronx, NY) chipped in 14 points, blocking four and adding four boards in Morrisville State's efforts.



Jared Suderely recorded 25 points for Hartwick, including 15 in the second half, adding 13 rebounds while shooting a perfect 7-for-7 from the charity stripe.



Morrisville State drops to 2-4 overall and will return to the court Wednesday at SUNY Cobleskill.
