At the Norwich Campus Technology Help Desk, you can get assistance with all types of technology-related issues, user account help, printing and wireless access, and more. Brian Tefft is our computer services technician, and he can figure out how to fix what’s not working.
Currently, Brian is in the office on Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., but available remotely all week and can come in on other days if necessary.
