The Office of Communications & Marketing assists all offices and departments on campus to communicate, promote and manage information about SUNY Morrisville across all types of media to all of its target audiences in a strategic, integrated manner.

Key efforts include:

  • News releases and media advisories, published online and shared with area media outlets
  • Community and media relations to strengthen the college’s relationships throughout the region
  • Momentum Magazine, featuring stories of Morrisville’s students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends, published and distributed twice a year
  • Management and monitoring of all major social media channels—Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter—as well as supporting other college social media accounts with guidelines
  • Production, promotion and distribution of video storytelling, featuring the college’s programs, facilities and people
  • Photography of the college’s programs, activities, facilities and various events
  • Website management and design for and its subsites
  • Digital, print and broadcast advertising and event sponsorship, promoting the college to prospective students and a variety of other audiences
  • Graphic design and layout of all college publications and advertising, according to the college’s style guide and graphic standards
  • On-campus communications, such as the semiweekly All-Campus Email Digest
