Morrisville State College's Office of Workforce and Development is offering a free course in Basic Air Sealing and Insulation (BASI), Oct. 21 from 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. at the Morrisville campus.
The one-day overview of BASI will introduce students to the fundamental concepts of Building Science and Building Performance, in addition to the “systems approach” and techniques for air sealing and insulation.
Participants will also learn about opportunities for Building Performance Institute (BPI) certification and the statewide program for instruction in BASI.
