We are pleased to announce that we have implemented a paperless system for SUNY Morrisville Student Accounts billing and payments. This system will allow you to view your account in real time and make electronic payments.
You will receive a notification in your Morrisville Student Email Account from email@example.com when your online bill is ready to be viewed.
To access your student account, please log in to Web for Students , click on “Student Information and Financial Aid” and then click on “Student Accounts.” From this menu, you will be able to view your bill, complete your insurance waiver, make payments, review your Student Checklist to make sure all requirements are satisfied and get general information.
To view a description of all charges on your bill, you can go to college costs.
Please make sure you have completed your Registration by scheduling classes and paying your bill prior to the due date.
**New Students: please note that your schedules will be generated for you.
If you are enrolled for less than 12 credit hours you will need to contact the Student Accounts Office to complete your Registration. Please be sure to:
- Review the charges on your bill. A description of all charges can be found on the college costs page or please see our SUNY Morrisville Fee Policy.
- Review the payments on your bill. Is this the correct amount of loans, scholarships, grants, etc. showing on your bill? If not, you must follow up with the Financial Aid Office to inquire as to what needs to be done. Their phone number is (315) 684-6289.
- Fill out the Insurance Waiver. If you have your own insurance coverage and wish to decline the school’s insurance, you must fill out the Insurance Waiver Form by logging into Web for Students. Click on “Student Information & Financial Aid” and then “Insurance Waiver Form.” This is not the same information provided to the Health Center. Providing Health Insurance information to the Health Center will not waive the school’s Health Insurance and you will be assessed this charge. No waiver forms will be accepted after the first week of classes.
- In order to begin classes, you must satisfy your bill by logging into Web for Students and paying your bill online, enrolling in the online payment plan, or submitting payment directly to the college by the deadline or the date due on your bill, whichever is earlier.
