Chris oversees strategic planning, department budget, capital plan budget, Design & Construction, Facilities Operations and Energy Management.
Matthew Buell
Matt oversees campus grounds/landscaping and snow removal, minor road maintenance, and large deliveries/furniture moves.
Michael S. Carbone
Michael oversees Building Automation System Administrator and Programming, Card access and Camera (security) Administrator and Programming, Fire Alarm and Life Safety System Administrator (programming, function, repairs, compliance), and Emergency Generator (maintenance and compliance).
Joseph R. Lansing
Joe oversees equipment inventory and surplus, mail delivery, central stores, transportation scheduling and off-campus fleet maintenance
Mark Lewis
Mark supervises utility operations including Central Heating Plant, WWTP/WTP, DOH/DEC reporting, Dig Safe Program (utility locating), and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration maintenance program.
Bill Mitchell
Bill oversees tracking and monitoring of utility costs and invoices, Energy master planning and conservation measures oversight, and BAS scheduling in concert with CHP to optimize energy savings and building comfort.
Melissa I. Pearson
Melissa supervises department budget, purchasing, HR for operations, Timekeeping/OT Reporting, Fuelmaster, Office Admin staff, and is the Net Facilities System Administrator.
Rick Stoddard
Rick supervises general building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, and is the Net Facilities Site Admin.
