Student Services (MAC)

College ID Services

College ID Services handles all things ID card, including card replacement, Campus Cash, and navigating meal plans. Every student receives a SUNY Morrisville photo ID. Your ID is your passport to services on campus. You will use it to gain entrance into residence halls, computer labs and select classrooms, to pay for meals using your meal plan and Dining Points at our campus dining facilities, as identification for admission to campus functions, to check out materials at the campus library, and to use your Campus Cash and Dining Points at various locations both on and off campus.

Commons Housing

Morrisville Commons I & II offers students apartment-style living, just a quick walk or shuttle ride to all academic buildings. Both buildings provide a secure living environment with fully furnished apartments for students and a live-in manager. Wired Internet connections are located in each bedroom, and wireless internet service is available throughout each building. Community lounge areas provide opportunities to have fun while making friends with neighbors. Parking is available for all Commons residents at the standard campus fee.

Dining

While each facility differs in concept, the dining service staff share a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. Students can choose from a variety of dining styles and food options, including gluten free and vegetarian options.

Meal Plans

All students living on campus are required to have a meal plan, so we offer a variety of plans to provide students with flexible options for on-campus dining. Most meal plans consist of a set number of meal swipes (also called boards) available each week, and a set amount of Dining Points for the semester that can be used for additional food purchases at all MAC dining locations.

Campus Cash

Campus Cash, formerly known as Mustang Money, is a declining balance account securely encoded on your ID that can be used for purchases at MAC locations including Campus Stores, vending machines, dining centers and participating off-campus locations. Once funds are added, simply present your ID at any participating location and your account will automatically be debited for the purchase amount. No more worrying about loss or theft by carrying cash or credit cards! There are no fees associated with Campus Cash* and the balance is refundable upon written request at the end of the academic year. Purchases are taxable. Campus Cash may not be used for cash advances.

Morrisville Area Xpress Shuttle

MAX, Morrisville Area Xpress, is a campus shuttle service specifically designed to support the commuting needs of the SUNY Morrisville community. This convenient shuttle provides transportation to primary academic facilities on campus, outer-lying college facilities, scheduled shopping trips to area malls, shopping centers, and various recreation & entertainment outlets, “Rides for Residents” (transportation to urgent, but non-emergency appointments with health care providers), and evening transportation five nights a week. Service runs throughout the academic year, except during college breaks and holidays. All trips are funded by SUNY Morrisville’s Transportation fee.

Student Employment

We accept student applications through-out the academic year. We regularly hire over 100 students every year for positions in our dining facilities, as well as other open positions. We offer flexible work schedules to work around class, and students work 4-20 hours per week on average. View current openings and apply on our recruitment website.
