The Morrisville State College athletics department will host a President's Day Field Hockey Play Day, Monday, February 20 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Recreation Center on the Morrisville State campus. Players in grades 7-12 are welcome to attend and receive a mini clinic session from Morrisville State head coach Rebecca Osier, and complete the day with 7 versus 7 games. Participants must bring their own equipment and bagged lunch. Snacks and drinks will be available on site for purchase.
The Morrisville State College men's ice hockey team will take the show on the road Saturday, playing the NCAA match-up against Manhattanville College at the Clinton Arena in a Youth Hockey Organization Fundraiser. Proceeds from gate receipts, raffles, and auctions will benefit the Clinton Youth Hockey Organization. Face-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. and admission is $5 per person. Children wearing their youth hockey jersey will be admitted to the contest free of charge.
The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) announced its student-athlete of the week selections, naming Morrisville State men's basketball forward, Kucjok Ater (Syracuse, N.Y./Bishop Grimes) its player of the week for the week ending February 5.
The Morrisville State College men's basketball team had their 11 game conference win streak snapped Tuesday night, as they suffered an 82-62 setback to North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) rival Wells College in Aurora. Morrisville State fell to 14-8 overall, dropping their first loss in NEAC action (11-1). Wells improved to 11-11 overall, 8-4 in conference play.
Four tallied double figures as the Morrisville State College women's basketball team handed host Wells College a 61-52 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) defeat Tuesday night in Aurora. Morrisville State improves to 8-13 overall, 7-7 in conference play, while Wells fell to 6-15 overall and 4-9 in the NEAC.
The Morrisville State College women's basketball team made a second half comeback attempt, but fell short Sunday afternoon as visiting Penn State Harrisburg edged the Mustangs for the 65-62 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) victory. Morrisville State drops to 7-13 overall, 6-7 in NEAC play, while Harrisburg improves to 14-6, 12-1 in conference play.
In a thriller of a contest, the Morrisville State College men's basketball team converted six straight free throws in the closing seconds to hand the visiting Penn State Harrisburg Nittany Lions a 77-68 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) loss Sunday afternoon in Morrisville. Morrisville State bumped their record to 14-7 overall and remain undefeated in conference play at 11-0, while the Nittany Lions fell to 17-5 overall, dropping their first contest of the season in NEAC play (10-1).

Sophomore forward Kucjok Ater (Syracuse, N.Y.) recorded a collegiate best 25 points as the Morrisville State College men's basketball team collected a 76-67 victory over visiting Gallaudet University in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action Saturday afternoon in Morrisville. Morrisville State improved to 13-7 overall, and remain untouched in conference play with a 10-0 record. Gallaudet drops to 10-10 overall, 7-4 in NEAC action.

The Mustangs are now 4-16-1, 3-9-1 in SUNYAC play while the Red Dragons dropped to 5-15-1, 3-8-1 SUNYAC.
