Roger W. Follett Hall, located adjacent to the Eaton Center at 20 Conkey Avenue in Norwich, New York, is a modern two-story, technologically enhanced academic building designed to accommodate approximately 1,000 students.
Roger W. Follett Hall showcases SUNY Morrisville’s nationally recognized integration of technology into academics and student life. In addition to classrooms and offices, the facility features distance learning classrooms, science and nursing labs, bookstore, eatery and snack bar. Additionally, numerous programs of study offered at the Norwich Campus are part of the college’s ThinkPad University partnership with IBM, which supplies students with individual laptops and allows the college to integrate technology into all aspects of campus life, from the classroom to the social scene.
The building is named in recognition of a gift made by the Roger Follett Foundation, Inc., which has assisted needy, rural and elderly residents of Chenango County since it was established by Roger Follett, a dairy farmer and business leader from Norwich.
