Copper Turret Restaurant

Operated by the Morrisville Auxiliary Corporation, the Copper Turret Restaurant provides a spectacular dining choice as part of your SUNY Morrisville meal plan — and also serves as a fantastic learning laboratory for our hospitality management and restaurant management programs.

The Copper Turret serve as teaching facilities for our students, providing them with real-world experiences in the industries of hospitality and food service. The restaurant offers a wireless classroom and learning kitchen.

The restaurant also boasts a nationally recognized hexecutive chef in associate professor Kerry Beadle, who was recently named Chef of the Year by the Syracuse Chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF). 

The Copper Turret prides itself on a delicious and innovative menu, which always features fresh, local ingredients in both its food preparation and beer brewing production. The venue accepts meal payments through your meal plan, Dining Points, Mustang Money, cash, or a credit/debit card. You must be age 21 or over and provide proper ID to purchase beer.
