The course will meet from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the designated Saturdays.
Energy flows throughout the human body. Chi, or life force energy, is present in all of us and carries positive and negative forces. This hybrid course focuses on learning the seven chakras associated with the energy fields of the body and the theories behind them. You will learn to balance chakras and learn techniques to feel chi.
The course meets on Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020 and again on Saturday, March 28, 2020. Independent study is expected between course meetings.
The course is a NYS approved continuing education course for massage therapy; however, it is open to anyone. Continuing education hours = 15. Cost of the course is $300 for SUNY Morrisville Massage Therapy graduates, and $350 for all others. To register, please email zbockla@morrisville.edu by Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020. Optional Reiki 1 attunement/certification at the end of the course work. Please bring a blanket for your own comfort.
