Whether you are a first-year student or continuing your studies after earning a related associate degree, the program will provide you with an understanding of all aspects of an industry that works hard to provide people with the best travel and vacation experiences.

You’ll learn service essentials such as customer service, customer satisfaction assessment, training implementation and technology applications, while focusing on the business side of operations through courses including business law, statistics, management and marketing.

Your experience will culminate with a full-semester internship at a hospitality property, giving you the insight you need to find your ideal job.  

Upon graduation, you’ll also be prepared for management-level positions worldwide at resorts, hotels, restaurants, casinos, vacation destinations and travel-related companies.
