The SUNY Morrisville Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree program in resort & recreation services management: technology management is a comprehensive program designed to teach you all you need to know about the resort and recreation industry.

Whether you are first-year student or continuing your studies after earning a related associate degree, the program will provide you with an understanding of all aspects of resort and recreation services.

You’ll learn service essentials such as customer service, customer satisfaction assessment, training implementation and technology applications, as well the business side of operations through courses like business law, statistics, management and marketing.

Your experience will culminate with a full-semester internship at a resort or recreation facility, which may present your first job offer when you graduate.

Upon graduation, you’ll also be prepared for management-level positions worldwide at resorts, hotels, restaurants, casinos, vacation destinations and travel-related companies.
