Learn how to grow greens at home using only windowsill space to create a variety of salads throughout the year. We’ll start with a traditional Italian salad dressed at the table, plus all forms of fruit, vegetables and grain bowls, and the dressings to go with them. Bring your appetite, there’ll be lots of tastings!
Class sizes are limited; registration is mandatory. $10/attendee, payable by cash or check at event. Email hewitta@morrisville.edu to reserve your spot before March 29.
