Brines, brines, brines! 

This hands-on Vegetable Fermentation class will review vegetables that make their own brine, those that need a brine added, and various brines you can make yourself. 

Participants will not only get the chance to taste a few fermented products, but also make one to take home! Therefore, participants should bring a wide mouth quart jar with lid.
