New COVID-19 Question Form
Do you have a question about how to access services, or what policies are in place to accommodate changes in the face of the current COVID-19 outbreak and social distancing efforts? Don’t know where to address your question? Submit your question through this form, and we’ll do our best to route it to the right person or office, as well as address the questions in upcoming communications.
Students who need to print on campus can use their swipe card to access a printer anytime in the "MAP Lounge," located within Onondaga Hall. Once in the lounge, students can use their own laptop or one of the two PC stations to connect by browsing to \\PRINT and choosing the printer's name (found on the printer itself). Any technical issues with printing in the MAP Lounge can be reported to Technology Services by emailing email@example.com.
Mail Room Pickup by Appointment Only
To maintain social distancing protocol, mail and package pickup is by appointment only. Individuals must keep their appointments or otherwise reschedule. Hours of appointments will vary.
