Until further notice, all campus residence halls, dining halls and other facilities will remain open to serve students in a safe and healthy environment for those students who choose to stay on campus. Tuition and fees charged to student accounts will continue to support these activities.

For those students who choose to leave campus while continuing remote learning, the unused portion of fees for room, board and other services for the spring semester will be credited to their accounts. For seniors who choose to leave campus and will be graduating and not returning, we will calculate a refund for the unused portion of these expenses.

Details about the credit and refund processes will be forthcoming. Please be patient as we work out the process and communicate that with you via email, our website and potentially physical mail.

Faculty and staff continue to work on the details of delivering courses through remote learning, and those details will be shared as much as possible by the end of the week and before instruction resumes Monday, March 23.

We recognize the stressful time we are all experiencing, and the many different ideas and suggestions being shared. We are considering each of them in our consultation with each other, local and state public health officials, and other state and SUNY system officials. We are thankful for the patience and understanding you have demonstrated and ask that you continue to offer it.
