Johnsmeyer named Mustang Athlete of the Week

The Morrisville State College athletic department has named cross country runner, Greg Johnsmeyer (West Hurley, NY) the Mustang Athlete of the Week for the week ending October 23.



Johnsmeyer finished the 5K Heron Invitational race in 3rd position out of 33 runners Saturday with a time of 16:11 (5.12 per mile pace) to lead the men's team to an overall third place finish.



Majoring in environmental and natural resources conservation at Morrisville State Johnsmeyer is a 2011 graduate of Onteora High and is the son of Nelson and Cathy Johnsmeyer of West Hurley, New York.
