Morrisville State College is ready to show college searching students just what they are all about, as it hosts open houses on Oct. 20 and Nov. 10 in the Automotive Technology Building. There will be numerous activities planned throughout the day to help students find out more about MSC, along with advisement in the college search process.

The open house sessions run from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. These sessions allow students to see the campus, meet with deans, faculty and staff, learn about bachelor and associate degree programs and tour the college's academic facilities.

There will be two academic welcome sessions; one at 10 a.m. for equine programs, and one at 12 p.m. for individual studies. There will be information sessions during the day in the Automotive Technology Building showroom, which will include campus offices and student clubs and organizations. There will also be a football game at 12 p.m. against William Paterson University on Oct. 20.

Guided campus tours will begin at the John W. Stewart Center for Student Activities (STUAC), from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. The campus store will also be open from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Transfer students attending the fall open houses can receive a credit evaluation during their visit if they forward official transcripts one week prior to each event. Transfers interested in this option should contact Erin Longo at longoer@morrisville.edu or 315.684.6539.
