The State University of New York's Educational Opportunity Program provides access, academic support and financial aid to students who demonstrate the potential for college success but would otherwise be excluded from higher education due to circumstances of academic under preparation and economic disadvantage. 2025 EOP Summer Academy: July 11-August 8
The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) Summer Academy is required for EOP admission at SUNY Morrisville. EOP students are conditionally admitted and required to participate in a four-week intensive summer program that is designed to assist students with the adjustment to college and provide a foundation for academic success.

Interim Sanctions
In rare cases when a student must be temporarily suspended from the college prior to a college judicial board hearing, the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities in consultation with the Vice President of Student Affairs, may remove the suspension prior to the judicial board hearing. Students are not permitted to withdraw while charges of the Student Code of Conduct are pending resolution in a college judicial board…

Students found responsible for a violation of the code of conduct may submit an appeal request only when they believe one or more of the criteria for appealing exist. In cases involving alleged sexual misconduct, both the accused student and the complainant have the right to outcome results and to submit an appeal based on the same criteria.
