Students who withdraw are entitled to a refund of tuition, housing, and meal plans in the first four weeks of the semester. Fees are refundable only within the first week of classes and are non-refundable thereafter.

All first-time, full-time students whose permanent residence is beyond a 30 mile radius of SUNY Morrisville are required to reside on campus for four consecutive semesters, or until 60 credits have been completed. Temporary parking permits are issued to visitors and guests free of charge, but you must stop at the University Police Department to get the temporary permit. Temporary parking passes for students, faculty, staff, guests and visitors are available through NYS University Police’s administrative office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
