Winter Fest is cosponsored by the Campus/Community Relations Committee, an organization comprised of local business representatives and faculty, staff and students at Morrisville State College who meet monthly to discuss and plan special annual events throughout the village such as the Halloween parade, Easter egg hunt, and Christmas tree lighting.

Other college sponsors include the Morrisville Auxiliary Corporation (MAC), Morrisville Outdoor Recreation Club, Gamers Guild, the Copper Turret and WCVM Media; and off-campus sponsors including Crouse Community Center, the Morrisville Area Improvement Network (MAIN), and The Fort.
