Student conduct is governed by the Student Code of Conduct and when the campus learns of a violation of the rules associated with COVID-19 safety, students will face disciplinary action. Consistent with SUNY policy, students who are partially or completely removed from the institution due to a violation are not eligible for refunds.

If a student wishes to grant access to student academic information to a particular party (e.g. parent, legal guardian), they must complete the Consent for Access form found on the registrar’s webpage or in the Registrar's Office.

The Dean of Students office requires signed consent to exchange information for anyone that wants to allow a third party to review their redacted discipline record. This form is available in Residence Life and the Dean of Students Offices. Discipline records are covered in the Student Handbook, Student Code of Conduct.
